You can't blame Barwon Heads... as you drive in over that bridge and see the distinctive Dolphin motif of the Coolroom, you know you're in Pearl Bay.

SeaChange logos and posters are everywhere, while the shop on the first corner has got SeaChange related press clippings in every window. The brightly coloured signs proclaiming "This is a SeaChange Shop" are a bit disturbing.
