Stop 10: TLSLT - Two Quick Stops

Off now to the bridge over Elwood Canal (Off Marine Parade, a little north of Glenhuntly Road, Elwood). This bridge was frequently used for Late Show sketches that required a romantic moment, including Mick's Love Line.

Now I know I promised no Melbourne Clichés, but I wasn't completely correct. :)

This clip was actually filmed in the same location as the original clip by Things Of Stone And Wood. Unfortunatly, I seem to have forgotten where it was! Oops. Take a look anyway...

The location is now a laundrette. The paint on the columns has been stripped back to the concrete and the rollerdoor has gone.
