Beautiful English ruby overlay banquet lamp circa 1900-1930.

The font is milk glass with a layer of ruby glass graduating from dark at the top becoming lighter at the bottom, it is then decorated with ruby glass all around.

The shade is very delicately etched and made of fine glass also darker at the top and graduating to lighter at the bottom.

All fittings are solid brass including the stand. The burner is a duplex fitted with extinguisher

All in very good condition with the exception that it slightly crooked. Height to top of shade is 25 inches (58 cm). The brass work has been cleaned but not polished.
