The songs can be used for love magic and healing, and belong to women of the Warumungu language group. This is the first commercially-available recording entirely devoted to Central Australian-style women's music (yawulyu). The songs, performed outdoors by a small group of women performing a cappella, tell of the mungamunga, Dreaming women who roam around Tennant Creek.  A 16-page booklet explains the background, including how the songs were created and recorded, with texts and explanations for each of the 23 songs included on the recording.
